The room was a good size and had a private bathroom, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to all guests.

Overall clean place in functional style with all necessary facilities. A huge variety of fabulous food for meals. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV available in the double room.

I liked that the room had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card; the location was perfect, I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The hotel had a lovely decoration with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture. It made me feel right at home! The common areas were well-maintained and clean, and I especially appreciated the elevator which made it easy for me to move around the hotel with my walking cane.

I would have loved if the children working there could provide more information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior people.

Our room at Villa De was spacious and impeccably clean. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to the central area and train station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite a small issue with parking, they promptly directed us to free parking nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ermua.
